Problem downloading windows 11, GetCurrentRollback.exe - Bad Image

I  tried to install windows 11 manually through installation assistant but got the error message:

GetCurrentRollback.EXE - Bad Image

C:\Program Files

(x86)\windowsInstallation Assistant\GetCurrentDeploy.dll is
either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.
Try installing the program again using the original installation
media or contact your system administrator or the software
vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000022.
And afterward, I get a notice from Kaspersky saying GetCurrentrollback.exe is a trojan, the problem with it being a trojan, was the the program GetCurrrentRollback.exe was identified as a trojan at 12:20 cet 8 nov, which makes me wonder if it is a false posetiv.

I 100% sure I downloaded the windows 11 installation assistant from the official Microsoft website.

Has anyone else had this problem, and how do I fix it?
