invalid link reset password

hello, so I forgot the password, then when I did the process of forgetting the password, the email that entered was not a link to reset the password but an email for verification, I tried several times it was still the same, please help me this is my main account

Unfortunately, the Community cannot solve this for you, you must contact Kaspersky Technical Support: on the Support for home products, select Application use, check if Phone or Online Chat are available in your location, if “yes”, contact them via one of those methods. 

If neither of those options are available in your location, please post back?
