Cannot login to my kaspersky account on macbook

Hello,

 

 

I just installed kaspersky internet security on my macbook, but everytime I try to sign in, I get “Unable to connect to the server.  Check your internet connection and try again.”  I am 100% sure I can connect to the internet, and I can surf the internet no issue.

 

I’ve tried disabling my firewall, disable proxies, reseting safari, but no success.  Can someone please help?

Need try to change password for My Kapsersky account and check issue again.

If persists:

 

1) Uninstall the KIS 21 for Mac: https://support.kaspersky.com/15587#block2
2) Restart Mac.
3) Try to install a new build from our site.
