vpn not working

hey my name is ziad, i downloaded the vpn a while ago and it was working fine with everything and good ping and fast connection and all until one day it stopped working it kept saying ‘’failed to connect via France” and i have also tried with every country and still not working, i have also installed the vpn on my phone and same thing but the vpn isn't even connecting.

operating system: Microsoft Windows 10 Home x64 Build 19042

application version: 21.3.10.391

Hey Ziad, is the VPN now working i am having the same problem. Even the application version is same.

@Nitesh Welcome. Did you try some different virtual locations ?

I have tried every Location…. but  Still VPN is not getting connected

@Gajanan Please reinstall (only) Kaspersky VPN on top of your current version ?
