VPN application closes very often.

It happens very often that the VPN application in PC, Windows 10, 64bit, closes itself after clicking on to turn secure connection ON.

I don’t have problems on phone.

  1. Please Read before you create a new topic!
  2. Confirm Hardware & software requirements?
  3. Uninstall KVPN
  4. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login.
  5. Download new KVPN installer
  6. Install KVPN
  7. Recheck “VPN application closes very often” issue, IF it persists & IF KVPN is Premium, not Free, log a case with Kaspersky consumer support, either via Chat or Email, select Connectivity Issues, VPN related issues template. Support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you. Also, it may help them if you provide images & or a video of the issue. 
  • If selecting Chat option, we recommend you request a copy of the chat transcript, make sure you fill in your email address AFTER the chat is activated by the Chat agent & complete the Verify your email address email AFTER the chat completes.
  • When it’s available, please share the outcome with the Community?

VPN service is a part of Security Cloud.

Yes, my gaming laptop meets the requirements.
