Problems with VPN Connection

Hi,

I simply cant connect to Kaspersky VPN. It just says  “Connection Failed.” I tried to connect on my phone too, but it says, it cant connect to the VPN-Provider. I tried different countries, i tried different WiFis and i tried it with Mobile Data. 

Can you help me out?
