My purchase was mysteriously automatically refunded.

I bought Kaspersky secure connection and it worked fine for a day and then I got an email saying my purchase is getting refunded and another email later the same day saying my refund has been confirmed ??? I never asked for a refund and I didn't cancel my subscription and the payment was shown on my credit card bill,and when I opened my kaspersky account it shows that my secure connection key is blocked ??? Why has this happened,was I hacked or someone at Kaspersky just decided to cancel my subscription or what ???

Welcome. From what entity did you purchase from?

From the kaspersky website like I always do I have previously bought kaspersky anti virus before this issue and I have been using kaspersky since the last 5 years,such a issue has never occurred before,not just in kaspersky but in any of my online purchases ever,this is the first time I have had such a experience

On the support page, choose your country, then select Purchasing & Licensing, the support options will show, OnlineChat, not available all regions, Phone, not available all regions, Submit a request via your MyKaspersky.com account.

Irrespective of which contact option is chose, please provide your Order Number & other relevant information.
