My kaspersky Scheduled maintenance no vpn

I can’t access my Kaspersky profile via Kaspersky VPN and the VPN appear unavailable, is it related to the maintenance ?

Looks like they are “down for maintenance” but this looks like something bigger, they’ve been down all day.  And its back up…..

Welcome!

Unable to access Kaspersky’s VPN is unlikely to have been related to Kaspersky’s maintenance window, however, if you attempted to access Kaspersky Support from the Kaspersky VPN gui, during the maintenance period, then yes, the outage would have affected this aspect of the issues you’re reporting. 

  • Are all remote virtual locations unavailable?
  • Is the Kaspersky VPN working now? If “no”, please post back with more detailed information, including a screen print of the problem(s)?

The Vpn is accessible after the maintenance ended, for me it appeared unavailable during My Kaspersky maintenance window only. Might be because Secure VPN unable to access Kaspersky Profile via it’s gui during maintenance because you need link to account to access the 200mb free daily no ? Mine is premium so definitely need access to My Kaspersky I think because during maintenance, the My Kaspersky gui’s Profile screen and Support screen (where my license key located) were both greyed out and inaccessible.
