Kaspersky VPN does not allow me connect to internet

I subscribe to Kaspersky VPN for 5 devices. Since 2 days ago, every time I turn K VPN on, the connection is off. The indicator of internet connection is still on but I cannnot surf the net, open an app, or have any connection at all. When I switch the K VPN off, the internet connection is back to normal. I have never had this problem before and I don't change any setting. I use iPhone XS (IOS 14.4.2), iPhone 7S(IOS 14.4.2), Ipan Mini 4, Macbook Air 2011. I have no connection with K VPN (V. Anyone can help identify the problem? TIA.

@Dee Welcome.  Can you please specify your Kaspersky VPN and iOS versions. Also, did you try another virtual location ?

I edit and put more info on the original message. I usually connect to 2 countries and the problem continues. I use mobile data and internet. Both have the same problem with K VPN.
