Hi I'm getting a " failed to establish secure connection" error in Kaspersky Secure connection suddenly. Please help me to trouble shoot.

Please tell us:
Device operating system, version, build?
  • Is Kaspersky Secure Connection the free or premium version? (see note at the end of my reply)
  • Kaspersky Secure Connection version?
Is the issue happening on ALL websites?
  1. Check Network Router, if necessary reset.
  2. Disable Firewall, recheck issue?
  3. Start device in SafeMode with Networking, start KSecureCon application, recheck issue?

I am having the same problem as stated above @Don- 'Cannot establish a secure connection. Check your internet network. RETRY.'

what do I do??? Please advise asap!

Please tell us:
  1. Device operating system, version, build?
  2. Kaspersky Secure Connection version?
  3. Has KSC/Vpn just been installed?
  4. Is Kaspersky Secure Connection the free or premium version? (see note at the end of my reply)
  5. Is the issue happening on ALL websites?
  6. Start device in SafeMode with Networking, start KSC/Vpn, recheck issue, still happening:
  7. Check Network Router, if necessary reset.
  8. Disable Firewall, recheck issue?
  9. Fixed? Let us know please?

  1. Devise OS - Windows 7
  2. KSC version 4
  3. KSC free with Kaspersky Total Security pack
  4. No issues in connecting to any website, only KSC cannot establish connection and computer has slowed down considerably
  5. How to start device in safe mode? please instruct.
  6. How to reset router? Please instruct.
  7. Cannot disable firewall as it is showing that Kaspersky Total Security is controlling the same.
  8. Issue not fixed. Please suggest alternative solution or instruct in detail.

  • Can you post an image of the "failed to establish secure connection" error please?
The issue may be unrelated @Don's, rather than get you to do a bunch of "things", let me check the error image first please?

2. *** When KTS was installed, was KSC/VPN activated, enabled at the same time?
3 *** Do you actually use, or would like to use KSC/VPN?
4 *** Is KTS licensed?
