Kaspersky Secure Connection for Netflix

I can’t login to Netflix when I’m using Kaspersky Secure Connection.

Any clue for me?

Please tell us:

  1. Operating system name? version? build?
  2. KSC/VPN application version? patch(x)? x=letter
  3. Is KSC/VPN free or licensed? 
  4. Any other Kaspersky software in use? If “yes” (Kaspersky application) name? version? patch(x)? x=letter
  5. Browser(s)?, version(s)?
  6. Does the issue happen irresective of which browser is used?
  7. Is the issue new or has always existed? If “new” has there been any changes, hardware, software, network, environmental in the 24hours preceeding the issue?
  8. Are there any visible errors?
  9. May we have images of the issue please? 
  10. Can you ping the Netflix site? 
  11. Have you uninstalled KSC/VPN to try to resolve the issue?

Hi. Netflix is actively banning all VPN services used to access its services. So each VPN provider is constantly doing some tricks to keep it working somehow for its users. As far as I`ve heard Kaspersky is also working in this direction in attempt to make Netflix working for their users.

So far it would probably be reasonable to ask Netflix some questions:) The more they have - the more are chances they would consider unbanning VPNs.

I have KSC/VPN running/active and Netflix, logged in, str:film_frames::projector: ming. All good, working perfectly.

No Netflix b:x: n or bl:no_entry_sign: ck.

US atm, however, I change it frequently, depending on “test” scenarios/requirements.

Thanks for the info, will have a look.

NETFLIX is working perfectly with VPN, only not when a banking app is open in the browser, ie an app that triggers a new browser session to open. Closing that re-enables NFLX.
