I renewed my subscription for Kaspersky VPN on the apple store, but my account shows its expired. How do I fix this?

I renewed my secure connection through the apple store. My Kaspersky shows my software is expired. Please help. my email address is: xxxxxxxxxx@icloud.com

Welcome!

  1. Has a Receipt Confirmation email been received? 
  2. Are all  device (Apple) updates appplied?
  3. Try syncing the device with the MyKaspersky account, if that doesn’t work, uninstall KSC-VPN, shutdown the device, restart, reinstall Kaspersky Secure Connection, sync the device with the MyKaspersky account.
