Failed to establish connection

I renew my subscription and I always receive “FAILED TO ESTABLISH CONNECTION” .

Please advice if there is anything I can adjust to be able to connect.

If you select another remote virtual server, from the 18 available, does the error persist? 

Please confirm:

System requirements for Kaspersky Secure Connection ? 

Have you tried: 

Reinstalling KSC-VPN?

If the issue persists, please raise a request with Kaspersky Technical Support, they will require detailed history, a GSI & Windows Logs, and the may require KSC-VPN Traces.

After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, nomally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
