Failed to establish connection

Hi, just started using wifi on my laptop with KTS installed. Whenever I try to establish a secure connection, it keeps saying 'failed to establish a connection, please try later'.

Any ideas what's going on?

KIS19.0.0.1088(g) & KSC. When KIS updates I cannot get a secure connection i must reboot my computer.

Your issue is somewhat different to @SAJFLADD,
May I ask please:
  1. Is KIS free? or licensed? (see note below)
  2. Is Kaspersky Secure Connection free? or licensed? (see note below)
  3. Does the issue happen every time KIS updates?
  4. Does the issue happen if you select MANUAL (KIS) update?
  5. When KSC/VPN fails are there any errors, can you post image/s please?
  6. IF you run Windows in SafeMode with Networking, KIS active & updating & KSC/VPN active, does the Secure Connection fail?
  7. Can you enable KIS Traces, replicate issue, turn off Traces, upload the Trace .zip folder in your reply please?

I am running internet security version 19.0.0.1088(g) with secure connenction. When my antivirus updates i can not get a secure connection i must reboot my computer. This is really awkward.
Other then that my secure connection works fine. Running windows 7.

Hi, thank you for your reply but I've now resolved the issue. In 'network connections', it was simply that the ethernet 2, Kaspersky security data escort adaptor was disabled, so I enabled it and all is well.

Please tell us:
  1. Device operating system full name? version? build? release?
  2. KTS version? patch(x)? x = letter
  3. KTS free? or licensed? (see note below)
  4. Is Kaspersky Secure Connection/VPN istalled/active?
  5. An image of 'failed to establish a connection", alert?
