Failed to connect from UAE

For the last two days Kaspersky Secure Connection gives the error ”Failed to connect”

Welcome!

  1. In the 24hrs preceding the ”Failed to connect” issue, were there any hardware, software, network, environmental changes, any changes at all? 
  2. Have all remote virtual locations been tried?
  3. Which version of KSC-VPN is installed?
  4. Have System requirements been confirmed? 
  5. Has KSC-VPN been uninstalled & clean installed ?
