Configure Secure Connection to Samsung Smart TV

I would like to know if is possible to configure the secure connection vpn for my smart tv that is a samsung I already researched that is possible by configuring the network status and in the IP settings the IP setting is configured by default but you can put it manually and aswell the DNS setting you can enter it manually but I’m not sure which value should I place there when using the secure connection vpn account

  1. Please show us images of the changes you propose making to Windows Network Settings? 
  2. Can the SmartTV access GooglePlayStore? 
  3. Is Kaspersky Secure Connection licensed?

  1. I’m attaching the images. (I altered the IP for security reasons)
  2. No this model does not support playstore app since it has it’s own interface
  3. Yes I’m currently paying the pay version of the secure connection app

Please raise a request with Kaspersky Technical Support, they will require a detailed history, a GSI & Windows Logs, images and they may request KSC-VPN Traces captured as the issue is replicated. If Traces are required the Support Team will provide the correct steps to capture the Traces 

After logging the request, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference #, then, normally within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will contact you, also by email; you can continue to communicate with them via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.

If your Kaspersky Secure Connection is licensed, raise a request with Kaspersky Technical Support, they’ll require a detailed history, a GSI & Windows Logs, images and they may request KSC-VPN Traces captured as the issue is replicated.
