It says I have reached the limit of my activations with that activation code. What to do?

Is the notification not correct , can you please provide more détails?

The notification doesn’t seem correct. The application should be good for several devices. In this case I was just reinstalling the application on a device which had the application before. So it is not like if I was using it for a new device. It souldn’t be considered as a new activation, no?
