REF
1:14PM AdGuard VPN Connect  MO/MT CHAT/FT Works
1:16PM Kaspersky VPN Connect  MO/MT CHAT/FT Works

Here is our analysis

First, the VPN framework provided to both models of REF (G981U, BTK2), DUT (A515U, BUA4) are all the same.
When connecting VPN (kaspersky) in the same VPN framework, the VPN server is determined according to the policy of the corresponding app and tunneling is configured.

01-20 13:08:07.852  5345 18574 D UploadFileTask: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: SSL handshake timed out happened. Retry Upload Task.
The problem is that the task requested only in DUT is not responding. In the state where the VPN is connected, the network may be affected by the corresponding VPN server (kaspersky).
Timeout occurred because the network response did not come when the VPN was connected only to the DUT.
The connection to the VPN server requires confirmation of the 3rd party app with the policy of the app.
