verification confusion

I already verified my email yet when i try to renew my subscription keeps asking me to verify it and like I already verified my email why do you keep asking me the same, and what is worst is that the email you send me doesnt work.

  • Unfortunately, the Kaspersky Community cannot fix this issue.
  • Please contact Kaspersky Technical Support, ask them to assist resolving “renew subscription, verification email already verified but not working” issue. 
  • On the contacts  page, select your location, select HELP WITH PURCHASING AND ACTIVATION, select from available options: ONLINE CHAT (not available all locations) PHONE (not available all locations), SUBMIT A REQUEST - via your MyKaspersky account.
  • Before contacting Kaspersky Technical Support, check the software name, bc, Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool does not require email registration, nor a subscription. 
  • Note: the Community is made up of users of Kaspersky software (like you) , all who give their time freely, to help other Community members (like you). There's a small team of Kaspersky employees - all of whom are clearly identifiable, bc, their profile shows "Kaspersky Lab Employee". For the most part, & from my observations, the willing helpers engage in providing technical analysis to address technical issues.
