When I attempt to add the Total Security to my laptop the information box states "No devices to send the license",

The Internet Security protection on my laptop expires in 4 days & I have Total Security on my desktop which has 1 additional device available with 652 days remaining.
Total Security shows under my desktop device in my Kaspersky account but not on my laptop device.
When I attempt to add the Total Security to my laptop the information box states "No devices to send the license", yet both my desktop and laptop are registered in my Kaspersky account.
How do I resolve the issue and activate the remaining Total Security application on my laptop?
