Im trying to delete old backups, as my disck is full. The message I get is “Storage is blocked, please try again later. I’m running windows 10 and the Kaspersky version I think is 22.214.171.1241 ©?

IF you’re using Windows File explorer at the same time as trying to delete the old backups, it may be creating a lock on the data:
- Were the old backups initially created as “On demand” or “Scheduled”?
- Have you reset KTS Settings to Default (1) Export KTS Settings, (2) Restore KTS Settings & retry the delete?
- Have you tried, pausing, exiting KTS & deleting the old backups manually?
- If that doesn’t work, change to Safe Mode & perform the deletes.
