trouble activating Windows Kaspersky Total Security.

I tried the desktop app (Total Security) for a while with 30 days trial and I liked, so I went to a 3rd party seller and bought a licence 1 year/1 device. once I created an account at my Kaspersky I introduced the received code there. Now I can see that I have a licence trial of 31 days (active) and a Total Security (1year/1device) but I cant apply it to the aplication, when i try to introduce the purchased code in my desktop app it says the code has been applied to my account (email). What is the way to remove the trial licence and ste the bought one ?

I am struggling to figure out how to do it with no positive results.
