Hello,

I'm using Kaspersky version 21.3.10.391, windows 10 prof, and total commander.

Till yesterday I could scan virusses in a program, using total commander, right-click on the program and choose: check for virusses. This possability has suddenly disappeared. How can I reset it? how can I check a single program at virusses?

@Adje  Welcome.

Can you please check this :
CCleaner → Startup → Context Menu → Enable "ShellEx.dll" (AO Kaspersky Lab) → Reboot

cannot find ShellEx.dll, neither with CCcleaner, nor in directory. is there a possability to send me this dll and that I add it to the program?

@Adje Did you check this path location

C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Cloud 21.3\ShellEx.dll

Please ignore my application name , i am on KSCloud.
