Safe money will not allow me to print

when using total protection and safe money it  will not allow me to print. I need to pause protection to print. How can i print without pausing protection

Hi, @Piston1@JGreen,
There was a similar situation in version 21.1.15.500 and it has already been fixed in the new version of the program 21.2.16.590. What version of the program are you using?
Try updating Kaspersky Total Security to version 21.2.16.590 and check the problem

 

Updating the application did fix the problem.  Thank you.

There was a similar situation in version 21.1.15.500 and it has already been fixed in the new version of the program 21.2.16.590. What version of the program are you using?
Try updating Kaspersky Total Security to version 21.2.16.590 and check the problem

@JGreen Welcome. Did you try with the Firefox option : “Take a screenshot” > Full page

 

Again, this is a print option provided by the web site.  There is nothing for me to save or screen shot that is useful.

I am having the same problem.  I have been using Kaspersky for years and never encountered this before today.  The solution linked does not help because the web site I’m trying to print from (my bank account) provides its own print option.  It isn’t possible to save the web page in any usable format.

This is a huge problem that will force me away from Kaspersky if not fixed.

Yes.  In a non-green window the print works fine.  It’s only in the protected Safe Money window that it gives me the error “An error occurred while printing.”

To provide more information on why I’m having the problem.  The bank’s website uses a pop-up style window display for the transaction list.  Previously, when I printed using that web site’s print option it would format and print just what is in the pop up window.  If I use something like saving the page or a screen shot then I will get the surrounding information as well and the information I’m actually needing will be too small to be legible.

Recently I have been having the same issue, I cannot print anything under safe money.  Software was updated, I tried changing the browser still nothing.  I needed documents to do my taxes & had to go under microsoft edge out of safe money to get what I needed (it wouldn’t recognize the browser while under safe money).  Very disappointed, I’ve never had a problem like this before.
