Safe Money interrupts the payment process after additional verification required by some card vendors

Many times safe money just interrupts the payment process and because of that the payment fails on almost every website if I use debit/credit cards. Usually happens after additional verification required by some card vendors (like Mastercard Securecode). Of course, having additional security while paying is always good, but Kaspersky should really fix Safe money as in it’s current state it’s useless, at least in my experience.

  • Please log a request with Kaspersky Technical Support, select Safe Money, Issue with banking or payment website template, they will be able to assist:



  • After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will be in touch, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in their MyKaspersky account.
