Refund Request for Unauthorised Transaction, auto renewal.

Hi Kaspersky Support

Please be advised that I do not authorised the auto renewal transactions that just happened without my consent.

Order Date 29.03.2021 

Renewal Order Number 91601256400

Original Order Number 10823024807

Order Total AU$ 119.96

 

This is totally unacceptable and I wish to request reversal of this Order and a full refund.

For your information,  I have already paid for a renewal for my subscription (Order Ref: 2HNA89QA60X) last week on the 23.03.2021 for 1 year renewal up to 3 devices

 

For this I am totally caught by surprised of this auto renewal process even though I had

already done so and did not think that your system would foolishly doubling up on my subscription for 2021. Please action my request immediately and provide proof of refund.
