Problem with Chrono Download Manager - virus scan failed on network drives


I'm running KTS 20.0.14.1085(a) (due to internet speed issues with the current 19 builds) and I'm experiencing issues with the Chrome add-on, Chrono Download Manager.

Virtually each time when I save my downloaded file to a network drive, it gets downloaded but it's not accessible and a message "Virus scan failed" appears. This doesn't happen when I download the same file directly to my HDD, only the network (NAS hosted) folders are affected.

I've contacted the add-on developer but he believes it's the antivirus issue, not the add-on issue.

Can anyone advise if there's anything in KTS I can change to get rid of this issue?

Please open a support ticket in my Kaspesky account. Collect and attach traces and gsi.

It is possible to check for a problem in another browser, for example, Mozilla Firefox?

Try to use Leechget. I uploaded the latest version a few days ago and it works wihth Kaspersky without any conflicts. It seems to me that these two software were created for each other. Just try. THink, you will like it.

Just wondering, are you using bitlocker?
