order and payment denied

Hello I'm Adi form Indonesia on Wednesday July 17th i order Kaspersky total security for my office. I ordered with out make Kaspersky first (website allow people buy without log in or sign in).

I received email from Kaspersky.cg.cs.digitalriver.con and said my order cannot be processed,, my money already took away, and until now it's not come back yet.

Please Help me!

User requested personal information of "upload purchase receipt" to be removed.
Also edited words: juli to "July" withou to "with out" to make readable.
