my pc tells me that Kaspersky has been expired for over a week, Windows 10

Hello. On 17.07.20 I installed KTS 20 on my desktop after removing the previous version. On returning from holiday this morning, my pc tells me that Kaspersky has been expired for over a week and my pc is at risk.

I re-installed it, a window tells me it has installed successfully and that I am now fully protected. This is immediately followed by a box telling me that Kaspersky has been expired for over a week and my pc is at risk.

It has installed perfectly well on my android phone.

Any ideas?

  1. Check List of applications incompatible with Kaspersky Total Security 20
  2. Since re-installing KTS, has the application been synced with your MyKaspersky account? 

Please post images of: 

  • KTS installed successfully 
  • KTS has been expired for over a week, PC is at risk
  • Run a GSI & Windows Logs & post please?
