Can you please provide more details.
Are you running the Kaspersky QR Scanner ?

yes on android phone latest updates ran on both kaspersky total security and internet security on phone

Did you try to uninstall reinstall the app ?
Did Kaspersky QR Scanner  worked fine before ?

Just uninstalled and reinstalled same problem and yes it worked fine before

Kaspersky QR Scanner  is working fine on iOS 13.3 phone.
