Missing infected file

Two scans reveal a file purported to have a Trojan; however, file does not seem to exist on my system. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

Welcome. Please post the full, complete detection details. Full file name, full path, full location, detection verdict.

Post screenshot of Reports > Detailed reports > Detected objects.
Main Kaspersky window > More Tools > Reports > upper right > Detailed reports > at the upper left, drop down from All Events to Detected objects.
Here's what I see:

Userlevel 6
Badge +3
Clicking button Clear to remove data from the reports folder.
