message about the outdated databases [Solved][Closed]

HELLO
I have used KTS for few weeks. Up to last week everything have worked well. But now I see message: "Databases are out of date" despite I did the update. How to fix this problem?

Windows 7 v64 SP1

the date on your computer is incorrect.

Today we have 10.05.2019, not 11.05.2019..

Hi.
It is different situation. I can update databases.
I checked logs and every things is ok. It is information:
"11.05.2019 17.31.00;Aktualizacja baz danych i modułów aplikacji;Zakończone.;184,98 KB/s;Zakończone.;146,77 KB;19 s;05/11/2019 17:31:00"
translated:
"11/05/2019 17.31.00; Updating databases and application modules; Finished.; 184.98 KB / s; Finished.; 146.77 KB; 19 s; 05/11/2019 17:31:00"

But I still see "Databases are out of date". I attached print screen.
