kts19 update problem: not all components updated

I periodically get this problem when my KTS 2019(e) updates, it says: 'update of databases and application modules: not all components were updated'.

I've tried uninstalling and clean installing kts again but occasionally this issue occurs. Any idea how to resolve it please?

If, after a database update, you get the error “Not all components were updated” in the Detailed Reports window and the status “Error updating components” in the Update of databases and application modules window, reinstall the application.
