KTS 2020 unable to save files, with Microsoft Word 2019

Good Morning,

I have been a KIS customer for several years and have never seen such a problem.

I'm having problems with my Laptop, installed Windows 10,KasperSky Total Security 2020 and Microsoft Office 2019, especially Word 2019.

I'm trying to save files in Microsoft Word 2019 and it says in a TAJA in Yellow with a red X stating the following message:"AUTOMATIC SAVE FAILED We were unable to save your recent changes. Save to a different file to keep all your changes. SAVE AS BUTTON."

However, when I close KIS TS 2020 and open Microsoft Word 2019, I can usually save files, edit and save them again.

I concluded that KIS TS 2020 is blocking the saving of files from Microsfot Word 2019.

I need a solution as soon as possible on this problem.
