Secure connection is not available” message in Kaspersky Secure Connection
If the documented information does not provide a solution, please post the following so we can assist:

(1) Operating system: (a) full name? (b) version? (c) build? (d) release?
(2) KSC/VPN: (a) version? (b) patch(x)? x=letter, (c) free? or licensed? {refer note at the end of my reply}
(3) Any other Kaspersky software:
IF "yes":
(3a) Full name? (b) version? (c) patch(x)? x=letter, (d) free? or licensed?

  • To find Operating System information: type winver in 🔍Search bar, press enter, the required information is displayed.
  • To find KSC/VPN information, open application, select 3 horizontal bars, select About.
  • To find other Kaspersky application information, open app, select Headset🎧, next to Gear⚙ icon, the required information is displayed in the Support Window
(4) History:
(4a) Has the issue existed ever since KSDC/VPN has been installed?
IF "no", when did the issue start?
(4b) Has there been any changes: hardware, software, network, environmental?
(4c) Does the issue happen 24 hours / daily?
(4d) What happens if a different remote virtual server is selected?

(3) Any other Kaspersky software: Total Security /licensed

(4) History:
(4a) Has the issue existed ever since KSDC/VPN has been installed? first time i used secure connection

(4b) Has there been any changes: hardware, software, network, environmental? no
(4c) Does the issue happen 24 hours / daily? all day all times
(4d) What happens if a different remote virtual server is selected? same error

Thank you for posting back and the information👌
1⃣Check Windows Network & Sharing Centre, Network Connections, is Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adapter enabled?
  • IF "yes", does "Kaspersky secure connection failed to establish connection" error happen when Windows is run in Safe Mode with Networking?
  • IF "yes", please follow this procedure:
2⃣With Windows in normal mode
2a) C:\Windows\Temp - delete everything, there will be several files / folders that require admin permission, select "ok" or "yes" & there will be several files/folders "in use", select "skip".
2b) C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Temp - delete everything.
2c) Uninstall Kaspersky Secure Connection.
2d) Shutdown computer using FULL shutdown, not Restart.
2e) When computer is OFF, select Power button, turn ON, login.
2f) Make sure KTS application is active.
3⃣Go to:
3a) C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab - make sure there is no Kaspersky Secure Connection folder.
3b) C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab, make sure there is no KSDE folder.
3c) C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Kaspersky Lab - make sure there is no Kaspersky folder other than Kaspersky Password Manager.
4⃣ Download and install a new Kaspersky Secure Connection installer.
5⃣ Shutdown computer using FULL shutdown, not Restart.
5a) When computer is OFF, select Power button, turn ON, login.
5b) Make sure KTS application is active.
6⃣ 👀Observe, has KSC/VPN started automatically 👀 ?
  • IF "yes", check "Kaspersky secure connection failed to establish connection" issue?
✅No error👏? Please let me know?

I have version 19.0.0.1088 (1) and when I install the version Kaspersky Secure Connection version 20.0.14.1085 (2) there is no more Internet the application blocks the Internet
