Thank you @FLOOD  for replying, Here is The problem I cannot open tempio folder. It is saying permission denied and you do not have permission to access this folder. KTS has been installed for 6 months.

Here is the info you want.

Windows Edition - Windows 10 Home single language

Version 1909

OS Build 18363.900

KTS Version 20.0.14.1085(K)

Thank you @Berny  I have done this too many times but nothing changed.

Hello @Nuke,

Welcome!

  1. Using Windows explorer, go to C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP20.0\Temp\tempio → take images of both PR*.tmp files properties → General tab & Details tab & post back?
  2. KTS version & patch?
  3. Windows version & build?
  4. How long has KTS been installed?

Please post back?

Thank you:pray_tone3:

Thank you for the information:ok_hand_tone3:

  • To access tempio run Windows in Safe Mode.

Kaspersky > Settings (cog wheel, bottom left) > Protection > disable Anti-Spam (this may not be the cause, just a test)

" > " > Additional > Self-Defense > disable Self-Defence

" > " > " > Reports and Quarantine settings > Clear

Windows notification tray > right-click Kaspersky icon > Exit

Go to C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP20.0\Temp and delete the contents of the antispam and tempio folders (you may be asked to allow access, click yes/ok), then delete them from the Recycle Bin

Start Kaspersky again. Re-enable Self-Defense. See if the issue continues.
