I sent promo code to my e mail but I entered wrong email address

Hi
yesterday I tried to activate Kaspersky Total Security by sending the promo code to my e mail as the normal procedure buy unfortunately I intered a wrong email by mistake .
when I corrected my email address I got a message that the product already been used,
since the wrong email is not exist . then I request you to solve this problem so that I can activate my subscription.
