I can’t log in using teamviewer or VNC, Blackout on remote desktop and screen capture

I used to have eset on my 4 pcs all win 7, then recently upgraded 3 to Kaspersky Total Security and now with the exception of the eset one I can’t log in using teamviewer or VNC they all have a blacked out screen even though each app is working in the background (2 pcs next to each other & watching the cursor). Works perfectly from Kaspersky PC to eset one.

Tried disabling the entire protection suite, but no change, so this is not conclusive, but its weird it started since the change to K.

  • May we have a GSI & Windows Logs from each PC that has Kaspersky Total Security installed please?
