I bought KTS at an offline store, no activation code, only a serial number and a verification code.

Hi, 

I have searched, but haven’t found anything related to my question. :slight_smile:

I bought KTS at an offline store and there is no activation code - only a 
serial number and a verification code.

Inside “My Kasperski”, they only ask for an activation code.

Where do get the activation code?

  • By “ offline store “ do you mean a non Kaspersky store? 
  • If “yes” you must contact the Merchant & they must provide an Activation code, also, ask them how they expect you to activate the software:thinking:

@bedfordmey The serial number can be helpfull for Tech Support to find out a lost activation code 

I bought it at a physical store. It is a sealed box which they sell as is. I took it off the shelf.

The previous times I was able to enter the serial number and verification code on a page in my account area and then they would email me the activation code. Why should the store give it to me?

I would like to ask one more question. What is the purpose of the serial number and verification code that comes with the product?   :slight_smile:
