Fullscan and Quick scan hangs at different percentages

I just installed Kaspersky a few days ago. I proceeded to do a full scan. The first time it hung up on 1% and the second time it hung up on 56%. I appreciate the help. Im using the total security package. Another problem I have, is that I am not able to stop my scans via the app. I am using the latest version for Mac Mojave

My Android phones cannot Update with WiFi on. You have to use mobile data to update...

In addition what @richbuff mention...

Keep in mind Quick scan duration is much faster than Full scan.. Because Quick scan scans only critical places...FUll scan scanning all computer (all disks) .

Also if you run full scan once (must finish) next time full scan duration is only few minutes approx 9 - 15 min in mine case... Because kaspersky scanning then only new or changed files..

Run Full Scan and waitt only for finish..
