the pc never completed  the full scan it hangs on 93 or 94%

  1. Has the “Full scan hanging “ issue always existed? 
  2. Have you done a software compatibility check ? 

:octagonal_sign: You may wish to raise a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, they will assist analysing the “full scan hanging on 93 or 94%” issue:octagonal_sign:

Kaspersky Technical Support Team may also request Traces, captured as the issue is replicated, the Kaspersky Technical Support Team will guide you with the collection of the Traces. 

Providing the GSI&Windows Logs, a detailed history and images if applicable, will enable the Kaspersky Technical Support Team to assist you.

When the case is submitted, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC#, then, within 5 business days, a KLab human will contact you, you may continue to communicate with the Lab via return email and or by updating the INC# in your MyKaspersky account.

Also, in the meantime please proceed with the CMD Command “CHKDSK /F” and reboot
