Full scan doesn't run when scheduled [with not the latest version.]

I set schedule for Full Scan for once a week, Friday night at 7:00 PM

I have a task that shuts down my computer at 11:00 PM

The full scan usually takes less than 2 hours.

Saturday morning the Full Scan starts shortly after I turn on the computer. This has happened two weeks in a row.

I checked the full scan report log and there is no evidence the full scan was attempted Friday night.

Why isn’t the full scan running when I have it scheduled?

When I went to open a ticket with support, I noticed I did not have the latest release. I installed the latest release and last night (Friday) the full scan ran as scheduled.
