we don't know if it is kaspersky, but from 1 workstation with mostly office files, it's duplicate the file into a number and we can not remove, replace. rename or delete this file.

Is it known to you that files, perhaps by the backup function, are duplicated in the same folder in which it is opened? If so, how do we get this out?

Hello @martindelange,
Welcome!
We need information and images to be able to analyse and assist please:
  1. Operating system name? version? build? release?
  2. KTS version? patch(x)? x= letter, Free or Licensed? (see note at the end of my reply)
  3. Is the issue only happening with 1 file?
  4. What is the file extension?
  5. Have you tried running the system in SafeMode and deleting the file?
  6. Please post an image of the issue?
Please post back with the requested information?
Thank you🙏🏽
