firewall settings packet rules


Can anyone tell me how to reset the firewall packet rules to allow internet connection? I changed some  packet rules settings (forgetting what was changed) and have basically disconnected myself from my home router/internet. When I run, Win 10 2004, troubleshooting, it says the computer “doesn’t have a valid IP configuration”
