Error "The installation files do not have a digital signature"
I would like to update my existing Kaspersky Totol Security version 126.96.36.1990 ️ (with current database updates) to the current KTS program version. For example, if I download the setup here: https://www.kaspersky.de/downloads/thank-you/total-security-free-trial or here the official program update: https://www.kaspersky.de/downloads#update-product - the above error occurs during installation.

Unfortunately no success either, the mistake remains.
When I follow up on this note: https://support.kaspersky.com/de/common/beforeinstall/9795 - I notice that the downloaded file has a valid signature, but apparently no known time stamp.
Then I tried to install an offline setup, which showed this time stamp - still the same error message.
I also tried to download the file with a different network and a different computer and then transfer it via USB stick - unfortunately the error persists.
Now I'm pretty much in an endless error trap. The support has not responded for weeks, here in the forum or via Google I have not found any tips beyond my previous approach to solve the problem. So here's my question:
Who could help me out of this mess and solve this problem?
