I received this error and Kaspersky app is not opening

  1. Operating system name? version? build?
  2. KTS version? build? patch(x)? x=letter
  3. Has KTS just been installed and this is a new issue or KTS has been installed, running fine for a time and now the error has happened?

Please provide as much detail, history and images (if available)?

1.Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (Service Pack 1

   Version: 6.1.7601 Service Pack Major Version: 1


3.Yes KTS just been installed,running fine,,but suddenly KTS cant start,,it says

  error,,not enough memory,,error code 2147483762 and 2789474320,,etc

need help please,,thanks
