[Error 27300] Problem with updating and after removing same problem installing Total Security

Hi,

updating I had this error 27300 (see attachment) but I continued to have the problem after removing using  Kaspershy virus removal tool and even launch remove tool to uninstall all kavremvr gived in the solution in the link bellow.

but I continue with the same error

  2. Confirm Software compatibility conflicts
  3. If both checks are ok & the issue persists, continue to follow the Error 27300 when installing a Kaspersky application documentation from What to do if the issue persists:

In your request, please provide the following:

  • A detailed description of the issue and full history.
  • A screenshot of an error. 
  • A GSI & Windows Logs
  • Include a link/url to (your) topic you’ve created here in the Kaspersky Community. 
  • The Technical team may request installation logs, they will guide you. 
  • Also, mention 21470223887 is not documented. 
  • After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.

Please let us know what they advise, when the information is available?
