Any help with these, Why is this happening ??? Windows 10pro 64 20H2, OS build - 19042.928

Way is Object not processed;;Access denied ???, Can anybody Help  :eye::eye:

Welcome!

[a] Which KTS version & patch(x) x = letter? 

[b] Were there any issues when the Full scan was running? 

[c] Is this a repeat problem, i.e, has this happen before? 

[d] Were the objects locked, in use, during the fS?

  1. Reset KTS to default.
  2. Shutdown the PC, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login.
  3. Rerun the Full scan, does the same issue present?

No any issues when the Full scan was running just those results - Object not processed;;Access denied.

When I install KTS first time, it was ok no problem, full scan was running, after couple of dais I start to see those scan results. I reinstalled windows 4x times first scan is ok but after 1 day it happened again no idea why.

  1. BEFORE installing KTS, was a software conflict check done? 
  2. When the full scan is running, what else is happening on the PC? 
  3. Have: 1. 2. & 3. above been done & the issue rechecked?

1 - No I don’t do software conflict check, I  jus install KTS and worked fine for couple of days without any issue.

2 - When the full scan is running nothing just general web browsing 

3 - Yeah I done all how instructed, but no result seeing those errors again

1. Check if all Windows updates have a successfully applied status? Post a screen print? 
2. Check whether any applications installed on your computer are incompatible with Kaspersky Total Security

Hello,

You can ignore this type information in Scan report. Those file is being used by OS and sole usage. Ony the account of administrators and system privilege could access this folder. Any other process couldn’t acess those file. So No problem at all.
