Browser not loading, Upgraded with new license to 2019 version on PC running Windows XP professional.

Upgraded with new license to 2019 version on PC running Windows XP professional.

Since installation it will not load any browsers, I have IE and Mozilla Firefox.

Any solutions please ?

Welcome!
XP operating system is EOL, not compatible with Kaspersky 2019 software.
