block conexion office 365. “the authenticity of the domain..."

Hi, i got one error message when i use office 365, the message is “the authenticity of the domain with which you want to establish an encrypted connection cannot be guaranteed”, how i can fix it?

  • May we see an image of the “the authenticity of the domain with which you want to establish an encrypted connection cannot be guaranteed” popups please - similar to image 1?
  1. Add the domain(s) to Network settingsEncrypted connection scanning exclusion - image 2
  2. Log a request with Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in the template as in image 3, in the problem description, provide specific system & software version information, a detailed history, images & or video if they help explain the problem & the URL/link to this Community topic; Support may request Logs & or other system data, they will guide you if necessary:

 

 

 

 

  • After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will be in touch, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in their MyKaspersky account.
  • Please share the outcome with the Community when it’s available?

Hello, try to update Office 365 to see if this problem still occurs. Because the SSL certificate configured on some inline websites may expire or have other phenomena, this prompt appears, but it does not have much impact on security.

Ok, i make the exclusion , i will open a support ticket.
